THE BASIC STEPS TO BUYING A HOME?

Here’s what you can expect…

GET PRE-APPROVED:

The rules are always changing, and it’s always good to know what you can get – so you can avoid being disappointed later. Need to know where to get started? Start with a mortgage calculator.

Step 2

START YOUR SEARCH:

We discuss your needs, talk about the when, where and why’s, and start looking for properties that suit your needs.

Step 3

Negotiate

Every offer scenario is different. This is where I put my expertise to work to and get the best price and terms for you.

Step 4

CONDITIONAL PERIOD:

Your offer has been accepted. Now it’s time to have a lawyer review the status certificate and make sure your mortgage broker gets started with the financing approval.

Step 5

WALKTHROUGH

Do a final walkthrough, or two, to make sure everything is in order before we close the sale.

Step 6

STAY IN TOUCH:

After you’ve moved in, stay connected with a trusted team of professionals for any additional help. Of course, I’ll also always be available to answer all your questions.

 We need to come up with the proper strategy. Whether it’s setting an offer date, having the unit cleaned or decluttered. We’ll work to come up with the right strategy for your property.

CONDITIONAL PERIOD:

Arter accepting an offer, I’ll help you order the status certificate and work closely with the buyer’s agent and the lawyers to firm up the deal.
